1) Attend to Customer enquiries
2) Send details on Whatsapp & Email
3) Follow up
4) Share the prospective leads with the Team leader
5) Smart, Hard & Loyal
6) Coordinate with all departments
7) Provide replies, immediately to all customers
6) Report to General Manager.
Experience – 3 years experience in Telecall or Customer care sales, out of which 2 years must be in a single company/Industry continuously.
Industry – Any (Real estate, Insurance, Bank, Automotive will be an added advantage)
Education- Degree or equivalent, Computer Knowledge including Excel & CRM.
Salary Package – ₹. 10,000/- to ₹. 25,000/-
Others – TA, DA
Special – Incentives (as per policy) – 10k to 25k.
